PRIVATE & GROUP LESSONS

As a courtesy to our clients on the waiting list we have a 48 hrs. cancelation policy for private lessons ONLY. Lessons cancelled at least 48 hours ahead will receive a make-up lesson at a time convenient to both the teacher and the student. Typically, make-up lessons take place at an alternate time/day within the week. Make ups are not available, except for inclement weather.​

Z Junior Tennis Academy Summer Camp Cancellation Policy

At Z Junior Tennis Academy, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring we continue to provide a high-quality camp experience.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 15 Days Before Camp Start Date:

  • If a camper cancels 15 days or more before the camp start date, they will receive a voucher for the full amount of camp tuition already paid.

  • This voucher can be applied to any future Z Junior Tennis Academy camp or program.

• Within 14 Days of Camp Start Date:

  • If a camper cancels between 14 days and 7 days before the camp start date, they will receive a voucher equal to 50% of the camp tuition.

  • If a camper cancels less than 7 days before the camp start date, no refund or voucher will be issued—NO exceptions.

Voucher Terms & Conditions

• Vouchers are valid for use in the same or next calendar year.

• Vouchers may be transferred to a family member.

• No vouchers will be issued for campers who withdraw after the camp session has begun.

Inclement Weather Policy

• If camp sessions are canceled due to inclement weather, a camp credit voucher will be issued for the time missed.

• We do not offer pro-rated cash or credit card refunds for missed camp days.
