Cancelation Policy
PRIVATE LESSONS
As a courtesy to our clients on the waiting list we have a 48 hrs. cancelation policy for private lessons ONLY. Lessons cancelled at least 48 hours ahead will receive a make-up lesson at a time convenient to both the coach and the student. Typically, make-up lessons take place at an alternate time/day within the week. Make ups are not available, except for inclement weather.
ATTENDANCE AND WEATHER POLICY
This policy applies to all ZJTA programs, including afterschool sessions, seasonal camps, and special clinics.
Please note that we do not offer make-up lessons or refunds for any reason, including absences due to illness, travel, schedule conflicts, or last-minute changes.
Additionally, our weather policy has been updated: In the event of weather-related cancellations, no refunds or make-ups will be provided. Our team will always make every effort to maximize safe on-court time whenever possible.

AUTO-ENROLL
We auto-enroll students in each session until the end of the semester. If you wish to withdraw your child from the program, we kindly request 15 days' notice in advance to process the change. Otherwise, charges will apply

WEATHER FAQ
What happens if it rains?
Our coaches will always be on site and ready to run class as scheduled. Whenever it’s safe to do so, we will do our best to get players on court and make the most of the time available. If weather conditions make play unsafe, class may be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control.
Will there be a refund or make-up class if it rains?
Because our programs are organized and priced by session rather than per day, we’re not able to offer refunds or make-ups for weather-related cancellations. Coaching staff, court time, and other arrangements are secured in advance for the full session.
What if I planned pick-up around the lesson time?
We understand that pick-up plans are often based on the scheduled lesson time. If we are rained out, players will remain supervised by our staff for the full duration of their registered time. When applicable, players will stay indoors until pick-up.
How will I be notified about weather updates?
Any weather-related updates, cancellations, or location changes will be communicated via email, so families are always informed.

This policy helps us prioritize safety while providing a consistent and fair experience for all families and ensuring our program runs smoothly.
Is this policy agreed to at registration?
Yes. This policy is included in our cancellation policy and is acknowledged at the time of registration to help avoid any surprises.
